SBTI Test sells optional digital personality reports. Because digital content is delivered after payment, refunds are handled according to the policy below.
Digital Product
The full SBTI personality report is a digital product. Once access to the report has been successfully delivered, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- You were charged but did not receive access to the paid report.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- A technical issue prevented access and we cannot resolve it.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available if:
- You have already accessed the full report successfully.
- You changed your mind after viewing the report.
- You expected the result to be different.
- You used false or incomplete information during checkout.

Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.
